1. Definitions

“Platform” means www.coastleap.com and all related services, features, and applications. “User” includes Yacht Crew, Suppliers, Agencies, Partners, and any visitor to the Platform. “Services” means the search engine, business listings, direct contact tools, subscription management, and verification processes provided by Coastleap.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coastleap.

3. Scope of Services

Coastleap provides a directory and contact gateway connecting yacht crew directly with third-party Suppliers and Agencies.

Important Disclaimer

Coastleap does not act as an intermediary or broker.
We do not handle transactions or payments between Users and Suppliers.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of third-party services.

4. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. By using the platform, you specifically agree not to:
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy Platform data
  • Misrepresent your identity or role
  • Share login credentials with others
  • Send unsolicited marketing (spam)
  • Violate local or international laws
  • Damage or disrupt Platform infrastructure

5. Supplier & Agency Responsibilities

Businesses listed on Coastleap must maintain professional standards, including:
  • Providing accurate company, VAT, and category information
  • Maintaining compliance with all legal and tax requirements
  • Ensuring all contact details are valid and responsive
  • Honouring communications initiated through the Platform

6. Verification & Limitations of Liability

Coastleap performs verification steps including VAT validation, OTP checks, and admin reviews. However, these checks do not constitute a guarantee of service performance.

Coastleap is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from transactions between Users and third-party businesses. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Subscription Fees: Supplier (€200+VAT/yr), Agency (€500+VAT/yr).
Activation: Subscriptions activate immediately upon successful payment and verification.
Refunds: Full refunds are available within 7 days of activation, provided the profile has not been used for active leads.
Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless disabled in account settings.

8. VAT, Tax & Compliance

VAT is calculated dynamically based on the country of the User, their VAT status, and applicable EU or local tax rules. Coastleap uses automated systems to verify tax IDs.

Users are solely responsible for their own tax compliance and reporting for any business transactions facilitated by the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Coastleap. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any part of our materials without express written consent.

10. Termination

Coastleap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User or business account for violations of these Terms, fraud, risks to other Users, or as required by law.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of Coastleap constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens.
